Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s last release ‘Gabbar Singh’,
directed by Harish Shankar, was the biggest blockbuster in the actor’s
career and the biggest grosser in Tollywood this year. Actually, the
film was a remake of Bollywood super hit ‘Dabangg’. Salman Khan is
currently making the sequel to Dabangg. Titled Dabangg 2, Arbaaz Khan is
directing as well as producing the film. It is learnt that, Gabbar
Singh makers are presently in talks with the Bollywood makers and they
almost acquired the rights.
The makers of Gabbar Singh had registered the title 'Gabbar Singh in
Hyderabad' with the AP film chamber of commerce and in all probability
this will be the title of the sequel. It is not yet known who will be
directing the movie. Pawan Kalyan will have to complete his prior
commitments before the movie goes on to sets.
